Maps of crafting cache/survey locations

Are there any maps of the crafting cache/survey locations (the ones you receive from completing daily crafting writs)? I've searched and looked through the addons, but I can't find any information.

There aren't any just yet, but the author of the addon Lost Treasure is currently collecting survey report locations to include in the addon. It can be found here: Lost Treasure. In the meantime I've also thrown together a list here of known locations of the reports I've run across or pulled out of the forums. Hope it helps and good luck finding more of them! :-)
