Dragon Knight: Deep Breath broken!
"Deep Breath" morphed from "Inhale" is supposed to interrupt and stun for 2 seconds. It does not work. And as far as I can tell the heal is hardly working either.
Why does the tool tip say one thing, but in actuality none of it happens? Is this a bug or intentional?

The spell will only interrupt enemies that are casting (red particle effect), and will then in turn stun them, performing a similar function to bash.
We do checked into the heal and we aren't experiencing issues receiving the expected values. If you continue to experience this issue, please let us know and we'll be happy to look into it further!
