Can you confirm either way if re-installing the game will remedy the situation?
I would personally think not, but from the posts out there some people are trying this.
May be you could be proactive and give a little more info, ie. don't re-install it won't help.
As there will be even more angry people who have tried things like this in hope that it will help them, as currently your not....
