infinite corrupted patch download

Anyone else having trouble installing the game? Whenever finishes downloading the base game on my steam client and opens the official updater it updates the game and corrupts all files.

Exactly same issue here, I'm trying a fresh install now and it's stuck in an infinite download patch then tell me it's corrupt loop
