It is called Compatibility tool by Garkin and it is awesome.

It is worth donating real money for imo, as it just made 14 of 15 add-ons work again.

Go get it.

    how does it work....I do not use those addon managers(stupid breeds stupid I believe)but I do not know how to instal it...it was extracted into my addons folder(like a normal addon) but after reloading the ui I get nothing still.

    EDIT: You will need to do a hard restart of ESO to get it to work, maybe this is only if you have no download manager.

    I have 3 versions, NA, EU and PTS, minion only detects NA. I have to do it without the download manager for the other two installs.

    Next to the "Sign In" button in the upper right corner is a cogwheel, click it and select "Reset game detection" and "Done", which will make Minion scan again for additional games and instances of ESO installations next time you run Minion. Another method is to click "Add game" down in the bottom left corner and point to the PTS and EU installation folders.
