It is called Compatibility tool by Garkin and it is awesome.
It is worth donating real money for imo, as it just made 14 of 15 add-ons work again.
Go get it.

justinbarrett✭✭✭how does it work....I do not use those addon managers(stupid breeds stupid I believe)but I do not know how to instal it...it was extracted into my addons folder(like a normal addon) but after reloading the ui I get nothing still.
EDIT: You will need to do a hard restart of ESO to get it to work, maybe this is only if you have no download manager.Edited by justinbarrett on November 9, 2014 7:10AM0 -

Next to the "Sign In" button in the upper right corner is a cogwheel, click it and select "Reset game detection" and "Done", which will make Minion scan again for additional games and instances of ESO installations next time you run Minion.
