First of all, I know you asked me to let you know if I was having further problems by creating an in-game ticket. And I tried, except the game kept kicking me off before I could finish one.
Okay, so I tried what you said in the e-mail. I did manage to get that part of the quest finished. despite ending up with three King Dynars. But I am still having a lot of problems with the games performance. Here's what is going on. I can move around just fine, but after a very short time something happens and I can no longer fight, gather resources, etc. I press the corresponding keys, (E,R,1, 2, 3, and so on), nothing works. And if I try pressing the same key 3 or 4 times I get kicked off the game and have to log in again. Sometimes, if I wait three or four minutes it will return control to me. But most often not. And once in a while it will just kick me off without warning.

    Hey there @Skyslim,

    Have you mentioned these performance issues in your support ticket? If not, please be sure to report these so a support representative can assist you. Including a Game Consultant report in your response will also assist them greatly. Here's how to do that:
    Here is how to find and use it:
    •Click on the golden cog icon in the top right corner of the game launcher.
    •Under SETTINGS - LAUNCHER, select the ABOUT tab. This tab includes the current launcher version, minimum specifications, and information about Game Consultant.
    •Click the Game Consultant button beneath the tool description.
    •A new window will pop up. When it does, click Run Tests. This may take a few minutes.
    •When the test is complete, a new window will pop up saying "Success!" The report saves itself as a text file called Report.txt in the My Documents folder.
    •To retrieve the file, click the Open Report Location button on the Game Consultant window, or click Open Report to simply view it.

    Once you have created the Report.txt file, you can reply to your support ticket with this file as an attachment

    We advise against posting the Report.txt file to the forums as it may contain information about your connection.
