Spectre's Eye Set Bonus Bugged (not working as intended)

So Spectre's Eye set is not working correctly right now... Spectre's Eye 20% dodge bonus for 3 seconds with a 6 second cooldown whenever a spell is cast now actives on many actions not classified as spells. Here is a list of some of the things I have found are now able to activate the set bonus...

Entering Sprint
Exiting a Block
Entering Stealth
Mounting Your Horse
Entering a sprint on Horse
Simply clicking the Shift key

Pretty much 50% of the time, no matter what I'm doing, the set bonus gets applied, in or out of combat. Get a little annoying to hear the sound effect of the bonus every 3 seconds.

Hey there @Illumous,

Thanks for the report, that's a very understandable frustration! We're aware of the issue and it should be resolved in a future patch to only work with spells as the tooltip indicates.

The set bonus' visual and sound effect don't appear to work in busy campaigns like Azura. Unless the proc just stops working full stop, it's hard to tell! Are there any known issues still? Works great in PvE, not sure I feel comfortable using it in PvP when I can't see it working.

This set is not working in many of my magicka nightblade skills. Example lotus fan, and sap essence. I spent of lot of time and money to test this set and I can not even test it properly.
