I have exhausted every other avenue of petition or expression of grievance. I even went so far as to unsubscribe for several months, even then I still got no response from the numerous support tickets.
I had several other characters besides the one I use now, one of them had a large amount of gold and other valuable assets stored on him. When the character was suddenly deleted I opened a support ticket, this ticket was met with repeated automated responses about disabling all UI modifications or third party addons. Eventually I threatened to unsubscribe my account and that is when it was sent up to the "mages guild". After no response for over a month I unsubscribed.
I have since recently reactivated my subscription to find that not only has my support ticket not been responded too but it appears to no longer even exist.
