I know your trying to be snide with that but if you look at what they have done and are doing they really have embraced feedback. Might not be an over night change but everything people complain about is getting changed.

Considering the quality of most comments on these forums, we should be thankful that what ZO is doing doesn't count as "embracing".

@ers101284b14_ESO , not as much as you would think. I've tried to be one of the games biggest defenders, but sometimes that's not an easy thing to do.
I realize there are massive politics and other factors involved in any decisions they make, and I am certainly not saying they have not corrected a lot of issues.
It's not as bad as many would have us believe. It's also not as good as it still has potential to be, and much of that is either due to, or could be remedied by better communication from ZoS and feedback both directions.
I can't, in good faith, take "everything people complain about...getting changed" as an automatic measure of success, either, though.
@nerevarine1138 , I agree. I'm glad they don't take every single thing to heart. I'd like to think most of us do not either.
We want ESO to succeed. It does feel, sometimes, that their priorities seem a little skewed in the wrong direction though.
Feedback works both ways. It's worth a tremendous amount when they step up and say "We know this is messed up, and we're working on it." This holds true so long as the statement is true.
They can't spend their entire time quelling the angry mobs, but sometimes a mere appearance of the King can be enough to avert a war.
Nothing rings louder than the sound of silence.
