60% speed to nights silence. As it is now, its useless. If your a vamp its the same speed. Id hope we could have stacked vamp and nights silence but alas it doesn't. Hell id use it if it was even30%!

I have several things in mind, although I wouldn't say to "bring it back" since they never have been part of ESO in the first place.

    - Funny Guard's remarks like in Skyrim - they were hilarious and made the game twice as fun^^ (but please with the same narrators, that's important)
    Examples:
Guard in towns: "Go fiddling with any locks around here, we're going to have a real problem." or "Hands to yourself, sneak thief!" would be nice to hear when the justice system is live^^
Guard standing in a bank: "Go cast your fancy magic someplace else."
    Really, I miss them ;)

    - Vvardenfell - I know it would be very different, but ZOS might come up with something special

    - The other Holds of Skyrim - Whiterun, The Reach, The Pale, Hjaalmarch, Haafingar, Falkreath and Winterhold

    - The rest of the Oblivion/Cyrodiil map - places like Anvil, Skingrad, Leyawiin, etc., not sure if they existed back then (but not as parts of the PvP area, of course)

    - Housing (no explanation needed, I guess)

    - More music - preferably some of the Skyrim soundtrack, maybe additional to the current music (I wrote about this extensively in a few other threads, would be too long for here to explain)

    ... aaaand

    - Dragons - yes, I know, the lore.. but maybe a few single rare ones which survived somehow or could be summoned from a different era by a powerful boss (would this even be possible?)
    [Guard: "What is it? Dragons??"]

I'm sure there's even more which might be awesome to see again ;)
Venus Ocean - Breton Sorceress VR16, EP, Tamriel Hero | Gixia - Breton Sorceress VR16, EP, Tamriel Hero
Frances Demnevanni - Breton Dragonknight VR16, EP, Tamriel Hero | Raygee - Breton Nightblade VR16, EP, Tamriel Hero
Lady Olivieri - Breton Nightblade VR16, EP, Tamriel Hero | Donna Demnevanni - Breton Templar VR16, DC, Tamriel Hero
Elaine Benes - Breton Templar VR16, EP | Ray McCluck - Breton Sorcerer VR16, EP
Moonshadow Demnevanni - Dunmer Dragonknight Lvl 50, EP | Jamie Stacey - Redguard Templar Lvl 50, EP
Caia Cosades - Imperial Nightblade, EP

Anvil gets mentioned in the Clothier Hireling's mail for a couple weeks.

There's at least four dragons loose in Tamriel during the events of ESO. All but one of those show up in Skyrim. So, this is definitely doable, while staying lore friendly.

    College of winterhold.

As the College of Winterhold is outside the Mages guild purview I really like this idea; maybe as a unique Guild available to those peoples who have access to Skyrim: which would be all EP, and those AD & DC who are on Caldwell's Silver.
    Baskin Robbins always finds out.

    Very simple and straightforward:

In Elder Scrolls, you leveled up by increasing your various skills through usage of those skills. You chose which skills to use.

In Elder Scolls, your class (if you had one) [back in Morrowind and Oblivion] was defined by the skills you chose to emphasize.

In Elder Scolls, you learned magic mostly by finding scrolls. You improved in magic by casting those various spells.

In ESO, while your skills do [seem to somewhat] increase through usage, mostly you increase your skills by leveling up. If a skill is on your skill bar -- even if you never use it -- it increases. Skills sometimes seem to increase as the result of quest completion, too, in the same manner as skyshards are awarded... even if the skill wasn't used.

In ESO, your class defines skills you may use.

In ESO, everyone and their brother, mother, sister, father, cousins, aunts, uncles, and dogs use magic in some form.

To me, relative to this supposedly being an Elder Scrolls game, ESO is backwards. Bring back the Morrowind/Oblivion approach to leveling and skill increases. Bring back the Morrowind/Oblivion/Skyrim style of magic.

Yeah, I know... not asking for much, right? However, it is those three things that prevent ESO from feeling like it is really Elder Scrolls to me. It is instead DAoC II with an Elder Scrolls skin, focused primarily on PvP (and not done well in that regard).

I have 2 things, both in Skyrim area.

    1) The Volkihar vampire clan in their castle on the island of the coast of Solitude. The quests for this would be limited somewhat because of the future history we already know. Still, it would be interesting to see one of the oldest vampire clans in Tamrial.

    2) Whiterun, actually The Sky Forge. You have the Companions before they became werewolves and mercs for hire.
