Why was there no option in this poll to leave it as it is?
Voted 2 hours for each, appearances of all stages stay as they currently are. Though, I'd like the day night cycle to actually be closer to 8 hours, where I'd like all stages to be 3 hours.
I'd also like my character to progress in stages while offline, log out at stage X but log in hungry and needing to feed, but that likely won't happen nor have player support.

I like the arrangement of the current stages in the sense that stage 1 is shorter than stage 2 and so on. I do however agree that stage 1 is just a little too short. I would like to be able to do a dungeon or other group content all in stage 1 so long as it wasn't taking too long. After the dungeon go feed again. I suggest something like this:
Stage 1: 1 hour
Stage 2: 2 hours
Stage 3: 3 hours
This would allow for a full 6 hours before dipping to Stage 4, but keep the current progression. The reason I don't want 2+ hours for stage 1 is that I feel that during normal game time (2-3 hours week nights) the player should not have to forget about the fact that they are a vampire and only feed every other day (real time). Alternately the current setup is too short and in a 2-3 hour period you are feeding many times. Making stage 1 a 1 hour timer would make it so you are only feeding a couple times during normal game time.

I really want some kind of daylight penalties.
Edit:Typo

Or like others have suggested, make our current feeding do damage. If you actually sucked a column of blood like that from a person, most would faint. Since they have made it an attack, it should do damage.
I also find it funny that a demon of the night sneaks up on a person, drinks 10 gallons of blood, and they just turn to them and engage it in combat, "unharmed" by the act (as in full HP and seemingly no debuffs).MornaBaine wrote: »nightwalkerrobin_ESO wrote: »What I would like to see is the ability to feed without aggro. I really do hope they give us the ability to feed without aggro via a Charm ability.

Yeah, that animation should have been reserved for some Ultimate Fatality-like skill............. Definitely not for regular feeding.MornaBaine wrote: »Still_Mind wrote: »I also find it funny that a demon of the night sneaks up on a person, drinks 10 gallons of blood, and they just turn to them and engage it in combat, "unharmed" by the act (as in full HP and seemingly no debuffs).MornaBaine wrote: »nightwalkerrobin_ESO wrote: »What I would like to see is the ability to feed without aggro. Right? Logically a vampire should only need about a pint of blood per meal which is no more than the average person can safely give. If that were the case I can understand why no damage would be done beyond the stun. BUT we have that utterly ridiculous animation, the endless gout of blood that pumps out way more blood than any body could possibly hold in the first place. Gods I HATE that thing! LOL
I think a lot about vampires needs changed. The fire weakness needs tuned down to compensate for how common it is compared to the werewolf poison weakness. The stages need to be drastically lengthened to put it lightly. I don't know about you but I don't start jonesing painfully for a snack after 30 minutes much less a full meal.
I strongly beg to differ on the stage timers being anywhere near proper. A day/night cycle is roughly, what? Three hours? Something like that. Vampires in skyrim, and oblivion had to eat once a day. In ESO they inexplicably have to eat six times a day.I voted to keep the initial 3 stages at 1 hour, but would really prefer a different type of change. My main complaint with the vampire stages is the fact that some areas have no available food npcs...at least not that I've been able to find. These areas include Cold Harbor and Cyrodil. I prefer to keep my vampire at stage 1, but this makes it impossible. Ideally, I'd just like to see more food sources available.
