CANNOT LOG IN - MESSAGE SAYS ACCOUNT HAS EXPIRED

When I tried to log in today, I got a message that my account has expired. But I have a recurring subscription for over a year, and the fee is automatically paid out of my bank account every month. I checked to make sure I have enough funds in the account to cover the fee, and there is more than enough in there, so I don't know why I am getting a message that my account has expired, or why I cannot log in to play.

    Have you actually looked at your game account to see what state is says it's in?

    As an aside, I'm not sure what you mean by a "recurring subscription for over a year" as the game's only been running for less than seven months and anyone who took out a 6 months sub on the first day subs activated (like me) still haven't had the first renewal come up.

    Is your card expired? Have you reported your card missing or stolen? Have you changed your account information (game acct.)? Did you cancel your subscription?

    Without more information there is not much else we can suggest to you.

    One more thing, was your account banned?

    And after checking all the above, put in a ticket for phone support, as this will only get dealt with by Customer Services and not here on the forum.

    Although you checked your funds; you might want to call the banks customer service and see if there has been other attempted transactions that have been turned down. Just to make sure.
