EU Client Unable to Unzip Manifest requiring multiple Installs!

How many Fecking times must I download this client? You need to fix this "Unable to Unzip Manifest" issue! The game will load manually but the launcher requires it to be reinstalled before allowing anything and this has happened twice in one day now since the last patch!

    Mine isn't the 210 error. I get a popup saying it can't unzip the manifest and that the whole game must be installed. I'll give it a shot after the current redownload fails.

    PS - Well the second install finished and I came home to this:

    Oh it gets better, there is a server issue involved, as I got the error, repaired, got a Play button, then about 5 minutes later it reverted to a repair button...

    I don't want to delete the Program Data directory since the NA client launches from the launcher just fine! I tried downloading the Bethesda.net_Launcher.patchmanifest file and that does absolutely nothing since I run both the EU and NA clients and their data is stored in ProgramData under long nonsensical folder names like
