Hirelings not bringing improvement mats post 1.4.7? (EU)

OK - first let me say that one delivery cycle is a tiny sample so don't jump on me for that but I have all 5 hirelings a level 3. Food/drink & runes came as usual.

However none of the other 3 (smith/cloth/wood) bought any improvement mats of any quality - I got the levelled raw stuff and a couple of trait gems but no resins, no tempers, no tannins.

I get that this is remotely statistically possible but I have never had it happen that I can remember having played from day -5 and so am wondering if other EU players have received any improvement mats since this morning or if a new bug has been introduced.

OK scrub this, I know at least one player who has got items - just spectacularly bad luck it seems.

My wood hireling has only brought me wood items ONCE.

I put the point on it about 2 weeks ago and got ONE delivery.

Hey there @Arizona_Willie,

In order to ensure future deliveries, you must make sure that your hireling mail is read before another one is sent. To be safe, we also recommend removing the attachments from the hireling mail to ensure your next delivery will arrive.

Zos_GaryA --- no emails from hireling arrived. I think I was mistaken though. I believe he has delivered twice. Not wood hireling email yesterday either.
