Radiant Mage Light needs to be fixed instead of Sneak Attack nerf

By nerfing sneak attack while not fixing Radiant Mage Light first you're basically choosing to nerf something that has a bloody counter to it already in game.

When you do actually get around to fixing Radiant, you'll just make Stamina users worse.

It works. Tested myself. It breaks under 1 condition only.

The crit doesn't show and can't get that to work, but...

After getting rank 4 I never have it bug out anymore. After a lot of testing I was able to figure out that anyone else using it will break yours, if yours is lower rank. Such as mine is rank 4, yours is rank 3, yours will break. After both are rank 4 neither break.

The stealth hit reduction does work, for both caster and those within 20m of them.

I haven't bothered with the crit testing, so yeah fix that!

Yeah... it's because all of a sudden sneak attack became a "huge problem".

Personally, didn't level it past rank II because it was breaking constantly.
May do so now that the issue has potentially been uncovered.

Also putting in a /bug form regarding what is causing the functionality to bomb out.

With Radiant Magelight stacked on top of the recent Sneak Attack nerf, my new Sorcerer is going to be sitting pretty when it comes to gankers at least.
