Lack of ZOS communication while "Testing"

You guys could at least pop in and acknowledge a few things for some positive feedback with your PAYING CUSTOMERS. If we are wasting our time testing things for you why not show your faces a little bit more and talk to us?

Werewolf Bleed = Broken
Werewolf transformation glitch = Still a huge problem
Loss of attack speed = Worse DPS than Live WW
New two hand cleave = still not on par with other AOE's
Bleeds from Axe = still not worth using over sword Not even on par.

Please respond here and talk to us.

    I think you have unrealistic expectations. They said they looking at what we report. What do you want? Are you expecting a line by line break down of the bug reports they have received and where they are in the process of finding/fixing each one? Don't be stupid. I would rather they just work on finding/fixing bugs then give this "feedback" you so dearly need.

    They said they were looking in to templar resource management 6 months ago. Their statement is to broad. They should at least acknowledge issues publicly. I have seen better feedback from tiny indie companies with bigger player bases.

    Don't be stupid, no one's asking for that. Updates on bug reports, tracking and stage of squashing have been done before by other companies and actually are quite a bit of motivation for people to continue testing, because they can actually see their work come to fruition.

    I'd honestly prefer they were working on fixing bugs rather than spending time typing up long paragraphs about how they are fixing bugs.

    If you report it, they'll see it and work on fixing it. Some things might not be as easy to fix as you think and may take them some time to work on.

    Just because they aren't discussing everything with you doesn't mean they aren't aware of a problem and are working on a fix/solution.

    I'd rather they not waste dev time typing up reports back to us. I also think the devs here are much more vocal with us than is the norm. There are devs on the forums that respond and they also post comment threads for us fairly often. Just because you don't get a direct response does not mean they aren't reading. They've also come out numerous times in interviews and confirmed they read the forums. The patch notes are also a compilation of bug reports and feedback that they have decided to act on.

    Public to registered and approved testers. And there's a plethora of widely known bugs since beta not fixed, so I doubt that list could do any more harm, really. On the contrary, it would be an honest and open measure, people could see that things actually get done and would build trust more so than it would hurt.

    Afterall, they want us to pay for their game and then test it for them for free on top. The very least they could do is give willing testers the proper tools.

    I disagree. How often have we waited for updates on bugs ? Some threads are completely ignored for weeks or months. How else do we get "any" idea on what the current status is ?

    If they just posted raw data most people would have no idea how to read it and it would just confuse them. You would have to have people going through it and drafting it into useful terminology.

    You mean they are writing logs that are unintelligible to staff of all levels ? I have to ask as every vacancy I see requires that "you must be able to communicate technical data to non technical people".

    Perhaps such things arent in their job description, but its been in pretty much every IT job description I have looked at....and I have looked at 1000s over the past few years.
