I'm wondering if the 5% health is added before or after imperial passive. If it's 5% of base health then it's not a lot, like 100-150 health, and Degeneration would be more useful.

✭✭So it's from base so it's not a large increase, and Degeneration will rarely proc. I actually think Structured Entropy may still be more useful.0
