We all know that players can crit...it's a known fact across the board. Yet anytime the community asks for an answer about NPC crit, they get different answers depending on who you talk to.
Can one of you please give us a definitive answer here. Half the community swears that no NPC can crit, while your CSM's have told people anything in the game world can crit. People like myself have build our gear around a specific theory, and honestly, we would just like to have a definitive answer. Is Impenetrable meant to be a PvP only Trait, or does it actually serve a purpose in PvE?
It just seems a bit strange that general game mechanic questions like this get no answer...
