I don't understand the how technical support is supposed to work. I put a ticket in for this and received an email that same day, so I thought wow, that's fast.
I was told to run a Game Consultant report and send it back to them, which I did.
But then I get the following email after sending them the report:Helping you is our passion!

I like WTF? I supposed to be waiting them to respond to my Game Consultant Report and offer me solutions?
So I guess, I now have to reply again and let them know my issues aren't resolved. A weird way to do tech support.
Definitely have been having more crash issues. Funny thing is my game never crashed before 1.3. Now it's a regular occurrence and since 1.4 it's been crazy.
I gained more stability by turning off all add-ons (updated too)but crashes/freezes/long Effing loading screens are still common.
I just found what I think is another bug.
I was toting a summoned pet with me in a mine. The quest objective was to rescue several miners. It seems like each time I saved a miner, I when into another quest phase and my pet kept disappearing after saving each miner.
So apparently my summoned pets do not transition to the next phase of the quest with me; since the latest update.
Anyone notice this? Or I'm just the lucky one having this problem?

Interesting. That's almost the exact same time of day that Craglorn was lagging so horribly for everyone in zone last Saturday. Coincidence? For me, it was probably a good thing. Forced me to go to bed but there were a number of unhappy campers still in zone when I left.
