What have we really been getting in the updates?

Here is a brief summary of the patches and content we have gotten:
1.1 - Lower Craglorn - group PvE content
1.2 - Veteran Crypt of Hearts - group PvE content
1.3 - Dyes, Trials hard modes, guild heraldry - group PvE and miscellaneous time killers (which were needed)
1.4 - Upper Craglorn, new trial, dragonstar arena, larger delves - PvE group content
There have been 0 updates with any significant content for players who don't either do trials or other group content. On top of this there has been no new content for PvP since launch which is outrageous. I love this game, but not having any content for PvP after this long and gating levels behind content that most people don't want to do is just poor planning or neglecting a large portion of your player base. ZOS, when are we going to get some PvP content? Or just some solo play content?

✭Sorry. You asked when you get some new features and I answered. So, they do their best. Also, you always have what to do in PvP. Really, do PvP. Dominate in home campaign, then go to another as a guest. Don't do group PvE? What you expect to do solo? You can farm delves in VR zones. Or RP. Or you can level another character(ok, this isn't end-game pve content, but anyway, why not). See, it a lot of to do.Make sweetrolls, not nerfs!6 -

✭✭✭What we had in in the initial release. Only 6 real vet dungeons that weren't really worth playing more than once. That is ~0 end game pve group content in an MMO. They still didn't add enough end game group pve content to really sustain this game in the log run I think. Hang on, what!? I hope that is a joke. 1-50 is all very solo-able. In fact, the main quest is forced solo as well as Fighters and Mages Guild quests.

I like a challenge, but I've tried trials one too many times and failed, despite buring dozens of potions and tons of coin for repair. I'm done with them. Adding more trials means adding nothing to me, and guessing many others players.
And the Craglorn quests...no real reward for doing them, and they're not that interesting.
For me, content wise since launch...it's been grinding options.

Since when has it been a race to max level? I understand that people like to race to the top but there really is no need to. I've enjoyed taking my time through all the 1-50 quests. If you chose to speed through them and "grind" them out, then you are missing a lot of the solo content.If she doesn't know the pain of cliffracers, she's too young for you.4 -

✭I agree in that I want some content diversity. Some difficult solo content that will be too hard for most of the playerbase to complete without sinking significant time in to getting better. It would be nice to have something I can jump in on off hours when I'm not doing group content.

They relayed what we know to be coming for solo PvE in the near future. What sort of answer are you looking for?
Solo PvE content in the near future is the best we get for now, besides 1-50 and VR 1-10.

Maybe change some objectives arround a bit or add more.

Gedalya✭✭✭✭✭Your missing the numerous (nay countless?) bug fixes (and new bugs?!).
Also, why the hate for the existing updates? LOTRO didn't get as big as it is over night; it took what, 6 or 7 years? If you're so impatient your in for quite a disappointment.

I agree that the updates so far only added raid and dungeon content, too much if you ask me as people who do this are probably not the majority.
That said, a solo gamer has no right to complain at all either. There are 50 levels full on solo without any group opportunities, the VR zones were nerfed so that solo gamers can do them with one finger now - that's a hell lot more than all the dungeons, raids and pvp together.
In future they will release a pvp city, a full solo zone and another group so I guess everyone should get what he wants.
Right now the RP gamer seems to be forgotten as there is no housing even announced for 2015
