    They have just said on the live stream that update 5 will go live on the PTS next week and there are 37 pages of patch notes.

    Whether true or not the future content ZoS has laid out is extremely ambitious. TONS of us had better test this stuff.

    Frankly the current state of the game compared to future content makes it appear woefully incomplete. I'll likely hang out on the test forum more than the actual game. I see little reason to play it as I am just eating up content now when the future of this game is massive content change starting as low as level 1. Feels like I am just cheating myself out of a far better gaming experience later.

    Patch notes haven't been published yet. And we won't know whether PTS is broke again until we can get in and test it.

    Officially it is down for 'extended maintenance'.
    Guess there'll be a lot of happy faces in a few weeks when the main servers go down for several days for 'extended maintenance'...

    the patch notes may also contains improvements like update 5 ;)
    they will upload update 5 and that can take some time.

    My guess would be besides update 5 they might also be making another copy of ppls characters from live to the pts.
