True fullscreen not working, Crossfire not working either

So as the title sais, fullscreen isnt working - it's behaving just like a fullscreen windowed mode - with instant alt tabing and all that. And crossfire isnt working as I can see it in MSI afterburner that my second gpu is doing 0 work.
