They introduced more clothing parts (I think this was introduced recently, and wasn't here initially?) of the warlock set, so you can still achieve a 5 part warlock set w/o the signets
I should know since I completed my warlock set yesterday

Congratz - however, the issue with the Warlock in particular being relegated down to only armor has considerable disadvatages to a some builds since the entire reason for wanting the jewelry in particular has to do with freeing up armor slots for bonuses from other combined sets. Not being able to achive 5 pieces in Warlock from using the neck, and 2 rings is a strong disadvantage to that goal.

Yeah I've had to reconsider my build based on the fact I assumed that I would be using warlock signets rather than 4 armour pieces (I do have focus, does this still drop?) and I've had to adapt a little.
I'm now assigning my rings and staff to a cyrodil set which gives +magicka for 2 items and +% magicka for 3 items which helps be hit magicka softcap - still not sure what I'll use for my 3 pieces of armour, I'll have to check.
I'm pretty sure I've looted a green Syrabane's necklace vr13 yesterday questing in one of the upper craglorn cave. I'll verify tonight (I'm at work right now)
As a vamp the resist fire ring is a must for me, so i use one ring and neck of warlock, coupled with the staff of the seducer i can still run 5/5 warlock/seducer
The focus appears to still be around though I cannot tell if from drops now or if those ones I have seen are from previous hoarding now put to sale.

It just makes me kind of sad how much time it took to earn that money (97 k) to buy the ring. People LOL at me because they bought their rings for 15 k a month ago, because i leveled slowly i did not only miss out on the anomaly superloot grind (have never even seen a anomaly in game, in the 5 months i play)
Because i love the warlock set, i have been using the v1 version untill i hit v12 yesterday, i felt compelled to spend allmost 100 k on the v12 ring, out of fear of it being the last, because zeni nerfed the rings but doesn't give a response when we ask about it.
But hell, what else was i going to spend it on, by the time houses are in game i will just buy the poor man's shack.

Wearing full warlock on your armor slots is still a nerf to what you can achieve. The jewelry is required for an optimal build.
