I plan on doing both, sounds cool.

If we're going to steal under-garments, can they please be referred to as "Panties"?

Primarily as this word implies a high level of deviance.

particularly if they're panties on guys.

I am terribly ashamed of myself, but I have forgotten the reason why we need to read about things to come in Eso on third party sites first. Why was it, again?

Something about hating and disrespecting their community I think.

    This sounds awesome.

How else would info from ZOS make it onto their site?

And this, right here, is why we can't have nice things. People have such an exploitive nature. It's making me sick. Just play the damn game already.

And probably ruin it for others, because ZOS is going to nerf it to Oblivion to make sure exploiters cannot do their thing. Really nice again.

maybe, and that's not knowing the passives that come with each group... You never know... You may not be able to stealth with the tabard on... Or maybe there are looks outs or entrances through sewers...

I hope everyone knows that merchants/quest npcs/travel npcs will be unaffected.

Camping the den's entrance or the enforcer tower sounds like a group activity we'll see a lot of, unless zos has systems in place to prevent this. It may be enough to have multiple entrances across the cities, depending on the size and level of organization of the camper groups.

The second exploit I can think of is thieves and enforcers working together, thieves allowing friends to kill them to collect the bounty, then share it. For this to not work, bounties should come out of the thieves' pockets, not be generated by the system. Problem: What if the thief is broke? Solution: Negative gold amounts in accounts. Problem: People who are about to let their account expire anyway, or have a second account they don't need gold on. Solution: ... Can't steal stuff if you're broke?

Post your exploit ideas here, so the @ZOS_ModerationTeam‌ members reading this thread can forward them to the devs, just in case they missed something.

I think we can all agree (almost) nobody wants exploits to ruin the system.

As long as the source is cited and there isn't an official thread on the topic already, I don't see the problem with sharing such info on the official forums.

Sounds cool but as always in the end it will not work as intended. Cities will become war zones with all npc dead, outlaws with OP stuff and build not even hiding and killing everyone, etc ...

Sounds bad. I would rather see this as PvE content. PvP could happen in instanced hideouts etc. The bigger towns have enough lag as it is. Keep this off the streets.

I also don't like the idea of stuffing PvP down our throats as many do not want to participate in it because of it's broken state at the moment.

Its too early to judge and we shall see how this is done.

How is it stuffing PvP down our throats if participation is entirely optional?

Well the PvP in this system does not seem optional. I do hope thats not the case.

Ah, I see what you mean. If you steal stuff, PvP is not optional. I meant participation in the justice system is optional, but that means keeping your fingers to yourself.

This is a major piece of content here. And as a dedicated PvE and crafter i can't really compete with all the PvP experts there are. With many unkillable classes out there i think most can relate to that.

So if this is PvP exclusive it makes me sad. This system sounds fun but if it leads to camping/ganking/exploiting the fun disappears.

I don't care for stealing stuff i have a million gold in the bank. But tracking down bandits to their hideouts and finding the kingpin behind it all sounds amazing.

They could have PvP elements in this. Bounty on players and underground arenas with betting pops to mind. But make PvP optional is the point.

Camp the hideout entrance with your enforcer friends? That's ok, the Brotherhood has friends too. I see this as a fantastic way to implement some open-world pvp and personally haven't been this excited about upcoming content yet.

I love the idea of a more dangerous world, it feels entirely too safe when you step outside. It also slides easily into the elder scrolls lore which is so important to alot of people. And the plan is to make it optional. Better and better.

Yes there will be imbalance and probably those who cry but that's true in every corner of the game. But there will be alot of fun too!

    Do you even backstory, bro?

I still believe that the Justice System should come with a Duel system implemented.

players can flag themselves so they're open for duels. If someone accept a duel, you get teleported to a Daedric realm, where you won't bother any other players.

Also, when grouped up, you have the option to do a 2vs2, 3vs3 and so on.
May knowledge guide you to enlightenment
