Is it my imagination or Shadow Cloak working WAY better than Past Weeks?

As the title suggests. Seems to me SC is working much better than before. I've noticed from other NB I encounter and my own encounters as a NB. I'm hitting it and surviving again even in some pretty harry situations. Typically I'd be pushing up Daisies in many situations I've gotten out of.
Anyone else have observations to add?
ZoS can you confirm whether a stealth patch was applied? I'm really curious what happened.
