Is it my imagination or Shadow Cloak working WAY better than Past Weeks?

As the title suggests. Seems to me SC is working much better than before. I've noticed from other NB I encounter and my own encounters as a NB. I'm hitting it and surviving again even in some pretty harry situations. Typically I'd be pushing up Daisies in many situations I've gotten out of.

Anyone else have observations to add?

ZoS can you confirm whether a stealth patch was applied? I'm really curious what happened.

    It is working quite well for me. Still times when I'm getting hit in full cloak mode, but it's a lot better.

    Yup, NB's have pretty much all skills working as they should.
    Been here since Feb 2014 - You'd think I'd be half reasonable at this game by now...
