Gotta love leveling a class and then when you zone you lose 2 1/5 lvls. I started at 40 in my Earthen Heart Class and then when i hit 42.5 i zoned. Well when i went to put some Skill Points in Ash cloud and the passive the lvls are gone, yet i could still unlock the last passive at 42.

Ash Cloud still shows a lock over it. I submitted a ticket. Really hope i dont need to lvl that class again to get those points back.

    Apparently this is a PTS related issue. At least one other person has had something similar happen when they synced the servers and complained on the Forums. Hope they fix it for you soon, they did get to one of the complainants.

    I got a response from @ZOS GM Raigne that i am SOL. They told me they know of the issue and to log out before porting to another zone to save character progression.

    So your telling me that after 6 months of play time this has happened to me once and you cant fix my character? WTF is the point of reporting the issue and asking for help?
