The Banker thing can just be not enough ram or slow ram depends on how many people are in the bank and turning down graphics can help. I run 16 GB of ram and when I walk into a bank it takes a few seconds to get the banker because of the sheer number of players. Not much you can do about that. As far as the loading while moving through town no there is no setting for that and I have only experienced once. Not sure if that's the server moving you to a new instance, a technical thing or some sort of lag between you and their servers just trying to catch up. If it gets too much you might wanna write them.

I just looked, can't find the second post, it wasn't at the top of the second page was it, because that's a bug in the forums (last post on first page gets repeated as first post on second page).

Oh dear! Now the forums are bugged as well.

But since it only last a few seconds I can live with it.
there is no way its a ram issue. I have 64 gigs in ram and 2 gigs dual 780's with 4 gigs video ram. I have a gaming rig with more than enough power and memory.
