I have a question on weapon damage vs spell damage buffs. My Sorc uses a destruction staff. I use “Pulsar” as a primary attack against groups. Do spell buffs or do weapon buffs increase the damage done by a weapon spell? A class spell seems pretty straightforward to me, spell buff. Anyone that can shed some light on this will be appreciated.
