Yeah, me too. Curse them for making it so adorably round. XD

I voted no, but I don't think they shouldn't sell them. I just won't be a buyer. I see no problem if people wanted to buy them. If they made a senche-raht, I might feel the impulse. But I'd rather that be a mount.

Wouldn't want one even if you paid me.

Really, if they were paying me I would use one.
Otherwise it goes into storage, like my Ice Wraith pet, My Scuttler Pet, and my Monkey Pet.

    Yes, really.

I'm loyal because I think the game's great and I love it.

I love my seducer costume and my Mannimarco costume. Each to their own.

    Yes.
I don't mind a donkey with some useful luggage capacity, or some nice creatures that can provide a little bit buff. Besides, I think it would be nice too if they can make those pets wait outside buildings like bank and crafting centers. :D

I have with other games, and I would here too. Such purchases can also be used to raise money and awareness for charity.

While I bought the imperial edition so I CAN be suckered into further transactions(and yes, like most I bought it for the early horsey boost, and after I'd already found and used an imperial motif, even), I think micro transactions are a very sad thing to be offering in a game that is already using a subscription model---we're paying for content already.

Stuff like this should be offered from quests, achievements, challenges, etc---a wasp follows me around in Shadowfen every now and again, the first time I though I'd actually gotten me a mini pet somehow, and it was going to turn into this type of thing.

Sorry, I have to agree with the majority. While I'm sure some pet will come along that I truly love and want with my character, I'm already paying a subscription fee. Adding little micro-transactions like that is just plain insulting. Then again I did pay for the Imperial Edition (Digital: for the wife. Physical for my Elder Scrolls fanboy-self), so maybe my opinion is invalid.

This isn't something like LoL where the game is free, so its cool for me to spend money on skins for fun/to show support, this is a game that charges $60 out the gate $80 if you want ALL of the content (i.e. to play as an Imperial), then $15 a month to be able to keep on playing. I do love the game, but I have to say that doing that already takes a lot of gull. No micro transactions on top of it. Make me earn this fun stuff having fun, in game.

I'd pay for a massive, bellowing whale. Ideally, it would have some interactivity. Preferably, this would involve expelling vast quantities of gold coins from every orifice when beaten with a hammer.

Wouldn't pay real money for one, but the possibility of a pet dropping in game or bought with gold earned through questing and game play ... yeah, sure, as long as it wasn't a price set beyond reasonable.

    A combat pet, definitely.

I would not even do a 2 min quest to get a vanity pet. Vanity pets is at the bottom of my list of anything you can think of regarding items you can obtain in any MMO. Vanity pets is the absolute most stupid in game item ever invented and are totally crap.

PS: If I had the money I would had gladly payed ZOS $100.000 to remove all vanity pets from the game.

I'm perfectly fine with paying the sub for ESO. Never had any problems with it and I 100% agree with the reasoning behind it. I even bought the Imperial Edition because I loved the beta.

However, I have never liked or agreed with micro-transactions, which is what I see buying vanity pets as. It's buying something that does nothing but follow you around. Granted, it may look cool (love the ice wraith btw), but at the end of the day I'll only pay for something if I feel it is worth the price.

Yes. For me gaming is a hobby I greatly enjoy. I don't waste money on binge drinking or giving myself lung cancer so gaming is my indulgence and I love it. I like to collect pets and mounts even if I'm not likely to use them, I enjoy the process of collection. As long as it doesn't give unfair advantage to anyone I see no harm in it :)

Yes, if it was a cliff racer or imp. I would pay around 5 euro for it.

"I am a nightblade. Blending the disciplines of the stealthy agent and subtle wizard, I move unseen and undetected, foil locks and traps, and teleport to safety when threatened, or strike like a viper from ambush. The College of Illusion hides me and fuddles or pacifies my opponents. The College of Mysticism detects my object, reflects and dispels enemy spells, and makes good my escape. The key to a nightblade's success is avoidance, by spell or by stealth; with these skills, all things are possible."

I would if it was for a very small amount that you could also buy with in game currency.

The are those people that do collect vanity pet ingame but fact with ESO is that don't have vanity pet that can be collect ingame which my gf don't like for she love collect them and would love to have "vanity" pet that is more useful ingame like dog, wolf or tiger that fit by your side or as some say donkey that could add more bag space to you.

The dog, wolf or tiger "vanity" pet could be made in to quest line like you found them and there mother or owner in case of dog is dead and you found as puppy and raise and you do some quest with them so learn to trust you and so and at lvl 10 or 20 the full grow and then at very 5 or 10th lvl we get new quest and the get new ability after quest is done but the also lvl up just as you do with exp in combat, exploration with you.

Now that is a "vanity" pet i would like to have in this game. So i wont yes or no on this question.
If you find yourself alone, riding in green fields with the sun on your face, do not be troubled; for you are in Elysium, and you're already dead
