Can you do cyrodiil quests together? I am not able to...

Hi,
I have been to cyrodill in may and last evening. Both times we were in a group of two. I enter the campain we both set to our home campain.
It says group entry available, i say ok, we port there.
Both times i end up at the west wayshrine and my mate at the east one, so that does not seem normal.

Yesterday we did two dungeons, we killed the boss, i did not get the achievement, so will have to go back other time. My mate said he allready did it, might cause the glitch.

So we went to a town to do some quests there. I got a quest to kill a named bear. I shared the quest, we went and killed bear. We got back, i got 310 gold or so, and a new quest to kill 8 goblins.
My mate got nothing. No reward, no new quest. When i shared mine nothing happened on his screen.

So we go and find another questgiver, he sees different markers than me. So he gets a quest, can't share it with me, and vice versa.

I went out and helped him to do his, but don't see any of the quest markers and npc's. Effectively wasting my time to help him and his time when he helps me on my quest.

I would like to know if this is normal, if it is designed so you solo all the cyrodiil quests, or if this is a bug.
Also if it is a bug, is there a workaround? We like to quest together but i am on the caldwells gold and he just started the silver, so cyrodiil is the only place we can quest and it is bugged at the moment...

First, what level are you, and what level is your friend's character that you're trying to play with?

Second, are you both assigned to the same home campaign? If so, which campaign are you playing on?

The problem is that u cant share daily quest, the quest givers are random for everyone in the same area, normaly you have 3 qg and they can send u out on diffrent mission. next round you switch etc. u should have some luck if u get the same quest... shame on ZOS.....

I don't think you can actually "share quests" after you pick them up. Everyone in the group needs to pick up the quest individually or, for dungeon quests, be in the group when the quest is picked up and accept the "group event".

We set the azura's star campain as our home campain, we are AD players.
My friend is vet 2, i am vet 6.

I have three questions: are there cyrodiil quests you can share ( not the daily quests i understand from the post above), but can you share the quests that count towards the tamriel hero title?

And is it normal that when you enter the campain as a group of two, you end up at the east and west wayshrines? It is not a big deal but if it is a symptom that the rest of my stay in cyrodill will be bugged as well, i would like to know, so i can leave and enter again, and hopefully end up at the same wayshrine as my friend.

And is it normal that in cyrodill delves if the group member allready has the achivement for killing the boss, the other group member does not get rewarded? Because that happened twice to me last thursday.

Thank you, i hope there will be a viable way to do the quests together.

All of the quests in Cyrodil that are from the quest hubs such as Cropsford, Weynon Priory, Bruma and others, are shareable.

The problem comes in when a player approaches a quest giver, the quest they are GIVEN is random, so in most cases, I will not have the same quest as anyone else.

You can circumvent this by having one person accept the quest in the team and then share it with everyone else in the team.

If other players in your team cannot accept the shared quest, then they ALREADY have a different quest from that particular quest-giver OR they have already completed that particular quest within the last 24 hours. At this point, tell them to abandon the quest so you can share it again.

Keep in mind that with delves, some of them will not 'complete', that is, turn from a black icon to white icon until a particular quest that is associated with them, from a quest hub, is completed as well. If you kill the boss, or bosses, within the delve, and the icon does not change to white, there is a quest associated with that delve that needs to be completed as well.

All of the daily quests at the quest hubs throughout Cyrodil work on a progression scale. Where you get one quest, finish it, and it leads to another quest in the line. If members of your party have already completed some of those quests for the day, they will be unable to get that same quest from the quest giver and will be unable to accept the quest if it is shared.

Your best bet for questing within Cyrodil is to plan a specific day ahead of time to go questing with a large group and make sure that anyone attending has NOT DONE any of those quests for at least 24 hours prior. This will ensure that your entire team can all be on the same quest at the same time.

Side Note: The quests associated with the PvP boards, the ones you get back at the Wayshrines, are shareable as well, but you can only have 1 quest of each type at any one time.

If you want all of your team to have the same quest, then anyone else with different quests must drop the current ones they have so they can accept the ones that you share. Again, if they completed that 'type' of quest already within the last 24 hours, they will be unable to take another quest of the same type until that timer is finished.
