He spoke about it in a post if you search his comments.
"Forward Camps are going to get an Alliance Rank requirement to purchase added to them for helping limit the amount of self alliance "trolling". Short of increasing the price to a very high amount, we've read many other suggestions on the boards here and are taking this as a first step."
I want the name stamped on the forward camp who put it.
Looks like people will simply play other games now since they obviously dnt care.

Also, you can view the first show here, and we do plan to archive today's show as well.
Illogical. Why would one portion of a spell have a cap, whereas another one wouldn't? It's still an aoe cap, but now utilities are capped. That will make aoe damage OP compared to utilities that will not pull the same weight to counter damage. You only see one side of the medal. It will screw the balance the other way around - not fix it.mike.gaziotisb16_ESO wrote: »
The zerg does not consist of mentally handicapped people, they can do the same back. The difference would be that, like their small-team opponents, they will now all be taking the damage as opposed to only randomly picked 6 people.
And noone said that all utility spells should be uncapped, only the dmg portion of them. Example given: DK's Inhale. The aforementioned spell should still only draw essence from 3 people but the explosion should damage everyone within range. The devouring swarm should only feed from up to 6 people, but dmg anyone within range etc etc.

p.s. I still expect explanation of how "skilled" smaller groups will defeat larger groups if AoE damage is not capped.
1)Terrain
2) Surprise attack (stealth)
3) Tactics (Siege/flanking)
There is 3 examples for you.
