I have been unable to log into the account website, I have tried using Firefox, chrome, and even Internet explorer. Turning off adblock and my antivirus did nothing, same as deleting my cookies and what not using ccleaner.
After I am asked my log-in information I get the same error 500 code. I tried to use the link after inputting my information, that did not work either.
We're sorry to hear that this isn't working for you. We've heard of a few ISPs that are experiencing issues with our site. Generally a call to your ISP can resolve the issue relatively quickly.
In the meantime, if you happen to have a smart phone, you can try connecting to the site by using the smart phone while you are not connected to WiFi. As the issue tend sot be specific to the ISP, a mobile connection usually works without issue.
