Daedric Summoning Storm Atronach Morph Question

I'm about to upgrade(morph) this ability and in reading the description text for the upgrades and it's all the same, not one word difference between the standard and both morph options. Charged says it adds area effect in the green text, but the default summon storm says "enemies in the area are stunned and damaged" so isn't it already area effect?
Am I missing something, just confused, or is this a bug/error?

æxæ✭✭✭Morph "Greater Storm Atronach" has increased health (does not really say how much) and increased duration of 28 seconds.
Morph "Summon Charged Atronach" is summoned for 18 seconds (10 seconds less than other morph) but has increased aoe damage (+ 6 percent).
That is what it says in the tool tips.0
