I cannot recall Valinka ever saying that, but my memory can be flawed... Still, it wouldn't make her a pervert. I admit Madame Firilanya sometimes comes up with most hilarious innuendos - but she does it accidentally.

I don't know about the new hirelings, I haven't had too much time to play lately.
MATURE

TEEN
Content is generally suitable for ages 13 and up. May contain violence, suggestive themes, crude humor, minimal blood, simulated gambling and/or infrequent use of strong language.
Content Descriptors: Blood and Gore, Sexual Themes, Use of Alcohol, Violence
Text descriptions or dialogue sometimes contain references to sexual material and/or innuendo (e.g., “She...*** the men as cruelly as Bal had ravished her”; “In his mind, she would be the sheath to every knight's blade”; “No sweetmeat for you”; But it is huge! It could take me all night!”). During the course of the game, alcohol (i.e., wine, mead, ale) can be purchased and consumed by the central character; one sequence prompts players to engage in a drinking contest, resulting in the central character's blurred vision/slurred speech.

The content in the game is mature without having to use foul language... ALL THE TIME. It has subject matter and scenarios that are discussed that are Mature. Plus it's pretty easy to get a Mature ERSB rating on a video game... just look at the listing of what classifies as Mature vs Teen.
Ratings from ESRB's website.MATURE

Then look at ESO's ESRB rating....Content Descriptors: Blood and Gore, Sexual Themes, Use of Alcohol, Violence
Profanity is not what got the game the Mature rating... it's everything else... Specifically it's the last part of the list of what earned the rating... quoted below.Text descriptions or dialogue sometimes contain references to sexual material and/or innuendo (e.g., “She...*** the men as cruelly as Bal had ravished her”; “In his mind, she would be the sheath to every knight's blade”; “No sweetmeat for you”; But it is huge! Personally I don't care if forums are censored or not, but I think the ones that are at least make you think of other words you can say that get the same point across.

The forums and in-game chat have a profanity filter for a few reasons. Chiefly, it allows us to block inappropriate and hateful terms that you won't find in the game, and it limits the use of profanity in volatile situations that they may escalate.
It's also worth noting that the age rating of ESO is different in different regions, and the forums are viewable by the public, whereas in-game dialogue and chat are not.
The in-game filter can be toggled off, but that isn't an option with this forum software.

I'll stop using 1337speak to circumvent the profanity filter then.
