Mage's Wrath and Reflective Scales

I tested this today on an enemy DK:
Scenario 1:
Enemy DK is not on execute range (hp>20%), he used reflective scales and I spammed mage's wrath on him, the spell didn't reflect on me.
Scenario 2:
Enemy DK is on execute range (hp<20%), he used reflective scales and I ended up killing my self spamming mage's wrath.
I highly doubt this is working as intended, but I need some clarification. Is mage's wrath suppose to be reflected or not?

This is currently being investigated as a bug. Thank you very much for the report!
Thank you! And since I already have your attention here. The Cyrodiil vendors are listed as fixed on the Known Issues for Update 4 and sadly this is not true, v14 boxes are still no where to be found, some v14 set pieces from the elite vendor are missing and there are still v14 pieces with v12 stats.Edited by Leovolao on September 25, 2014 5:37PMtea pot
