I hope developers do realize this is blanket 10% nerf to all ranged magicka DPS. That's a huge nerf especially for single target sorcerers. Of course we all can just join the blobs and spam impulse, but I just don't find that very interesting way to play any game. However if that's the intended future of this game, just let me know so I know to unsub in time.

Heavy armour buffs dropped a couple of patches back. Yes, the buff to med armour cost reduction is new.

Assuming 3500 health, you'd get all of 5 mag/stam. And that's only once every two seconds, at best. Yeah, it's barely even perceptible.
Hold up, doy. it's per heavy armour piece, so at 3500 health, you'd get at best 37 mag/stam. 26 if you were only wearing 5 pieces as you plan.
