Resto staff change didn't make it in with the patch?

    Someday impulse will get what's coming to it like resto staff did and various other skills did or still need to. At no time in development should a staff designed for healing ever have been made to make every other attack deal more damage, nor have been the only weapon to restore resource after a fully charged heavy attack.

    Since they were slow slow in removing that damage buff from resto staff, as they've been slow with about everything else, expect much more slowness in the coming months/years, if you stay on that long.

    Heavy armour buffs dropped a couple of patches back. Yes, the buff to med armour cost reduction is new.

    Cool. Didn't know. Maybe I'll switch back to 5H/2L instead of 3H/4L for more survivability.

    But then again.... 0.15%.... lol woopteedo, 14 magicka and stamina return when I get zapped 1,700+ damage arrows....

    14? If I'm mathing right, that would mean that you had 9,333 health (14/.0015).
    Assuming 3500 health, you'd get all of 5 mag/stam. And that's only once every two seconds, at best. Yeah, it's barely even perceptible.

    Hold up, doy. it's per heavy armour piece, so at 3500 health, you'd get at best 37 mag/stam. 26 if you were only wearing 5 pieces as you plan.

    No i'm just looking at the tooltip there. It says current bonus: 14. I was wearing 3H/4L. My health is around 2700 unbuffed. i think.... Which is 3.75 x 3 pieces = ... yeah close enough.

    The medium armor cost reduction isn't new, they buffed it from 1%/2% per piece to 2%/3% per piece.
