Hey guys, I've been having these problems for a few days and already tried sending a ticket to support (ref. 140921-001139), I got a quick answer but no solution to my problem, already sent the game consultant report since yesterday but no answer yet. So today, I try to play using the eso.exe method and to my surprise there was this minor update and I'm stuck here without being able to play (which really pisses me off since I just payed my sub a few days ago). I have to mention saturday morning I got the manifest error and already tried deleting the ProgramData folder from the Launcher folder and still nothing :/. I tried forwarding certain ports (like.. 100 ports, tbh) and no luck, I did this because I know for fact my internet connection is conflicting in someway with the launcher (trust me on this one, I have proof but I am to lazy to write the whole thing since it's a long explanation). I've had this problem in the past and port forwarding seemed to be the solution but I can't remember which port was especifically since my router got resetted like 5 days ago. So please, I'm asking for a way to get these files so I can enjoy this awesome game and there seem to be no real solution for this problem.

Also, don't ask me to /flushdns, I've tried several times and still nothing, so please forget about that option for good.

I'm attaching the game consultant file and a pic showing my problem. Thanks in advance and have a good day, friends.

    Hey there @zuco92nrb18_ESO,

Looking through the game consultant report, it seems that the connection is getting blocked at the router. Here are the ports you need to forward in order for ESO to connect to the patcher server:

    ◦TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131
    ◦TCP / UDP Ports 24300 through 24331
    ◦TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507

Also, if this wasn't suggested by our CS tech already, please ensure that you run the launcher as an administrator. To do this, close everything ESO related, then head to C:\Program Files (x86)\Elder Scrolls Online\Launcher, right click on the Bethesda.net Launcher application, and choose Run as Administrator.

Let us know if this helps!

    Hey @ZOS_GaryA‌,

Already forwarded those ports and tried running the launcher (as admin, of course) and nothing, man :/. I'm attaching some files so you can see if I did it correctly. Also, so you can see I have an static IP so I can successfully forward any ports for my PC.

Been lurking around and found a possible solution involving ghost vpn, might give it a try and update later.

Thanks for you quick answer, Gary. Hope you can we can figure this out somehow.

It worked for me, I'm playing and no problems. Thanks for your concern @ZOS_GaryA‌.

This prob happens to me when I set the launcher to start at Windows startup. Turn it off (start on startup), and wait 5min. after your desktop comes up before opening the launcher.
