Without using a stopwatch - I seem to sneak at the same rate with or without the Nights Silence 5 piece bonus.
Someone else should check.
EDIT: Unequip and then re-equip all your armor/weapons first. There still may be some odd behavior after that but I've had it.

we asked for help, we made very clear in the forums and by emails and by help desk within game that our stealth and sneak and our invisibility was broken, in responce to our requests the devs not only took away even more of our stealth but they then and now added even more broken elements to the stealth breaking Including "decreasing" our stealth AND our speed.0 -
Catsmoke14✭✭✭It's still buggy (I'd better say "at least for me") but it does work after a fashion.
I have 4 armor pieces and one weapon for the 5 set. I have to unequip and re-equip everything every time I want to use it for it to work. And then it still acts odd. It's still behaving very buggy (for me).
Anyway, I'm through testing this stuff.1 -

This is how it is working for me as well.
Also, if I slot Concealed Weapon with Night's Silence on and enter into Crouch I travel at 125% of running speed.

Fairly certain it is. The set bonus was changed to remove Sneak speed penalty from the character, so there isn't really any reason why it would drop Sneak speed down, then buff it back up.
Before, the calculation was run by taking a % of the speed the character was traveling in Sneak, then using that to increase speed.
Now it just turns off the Sneak speed calculation for the character. Vampire passive and Shadow Dancer's Raiment sets already acted in this manner.

That's good. Do you use a weapon as part of the set, and swap with another weapon that is part of another set?
It's...let's say different, not the way I remember it working prior to 1.4. But maybe I'm just wrong.

It is slightly faster than before (I now sneak at 100% of my regular running speed, rather than 96% of my regular running speed).
It now activates instantly when crouching, rather than waiting for the Eye to close.
I am pretty pleased with the update to it, as a non-vampire.

After alt-tab back to game. Still not working.
Swapped my two off hand weapons - now working.

Gillysan✭✭✭✭Logged on my NB enchanter, he just runs around and gathers skyshards on occasion. Night silence is completed with the weapons as well. Immediately crouched and moved at run speed.
Weapon swapped while autorunning & crouched and run speed was maintained.
Removed 2nd weapon for the set. Started crouched running with 1st weapons, so set was 5/5. Weapon swapped while autorunning and was at 4/5 for NS however, running speed was still in effect. Stopped, started moving again, run speed still in effect.
I had to uncrouch and crouch again with 4/5 NS for the run speed to end while crouched.
That is my feedback, so some people are still bugged it would seem. Anyone bugged I suggest make a normal NS set and see if that fixes it. Maybe your current set is bugged?

FauxHunter✭✭✭I had to uncrouch and crouch again with 4/5 NS for the run speed to end while crouched.
I'm getting the same issue.
This also works inversely, so if you crouch with one NS set weapon (like a bow) and 3 NS set armor pieces equipped for a total of 4/5 NS set, then do a weapon switch to two NS set weapons (like dual daggers) for a full 5/5 while still crouching, the set bonus speed doesn't apply/update. You will still move as if you have 4/5 NS items equipped.
Basically when you crouch it seems to lock your speed based on how many pieces are equipped upon crouching.

I was just able to unequip all of my armor and weapons after crouching with 5/5 NS set items. Kept the same movement speed while completely naked ha!
A character may also be able to equip another set while keeping the first crouch's NS speed boost. Haven't tested this yet.-Orion Snow-Lichen
