You have allegedly 2500 Magicka and 130 Spell Damage. Even if they were taking 75% reduced damage, you would see that clown's Health dropping. Even with shield spells and self heals, there is no way possible he would be taking 0 damage. You should be seeing some moving of his Health bar. Something is definitely rotten.

You said it's the same few guys being accused of said exploit and other people are reporting them. Sounds like a few guys either hacked the game or found a serious loophole. Either way, I would be careful about naming Mistform as the culprit. I would also be careful in calling them hackers as some bugs just happen to accounts and players can't do anything about it.

An example is my friend who for the entire month of May got to run around on foot faster than a horse with Retreating Maneuvers. He wasn't hacking and he wasn't making this happen. And no I am not talking about sneaking with Night's Silence and Dark Stalker, I know the difference and that was never faster than a horse + Retreating Maneuvers.

That said, while it does appear like cheaters, there is a chance they are just glitched. Even though they are probably turds who need a ban, there is no evidence. ESO is that buggy

Also just an FYI, they do ban cheaters. I know several who got banned for cheating in Cyrodiil. Especially the one dickbag who was running around and hitting people for like 7k or something silly with a 2h. I can't remember his name but it was all over reddit and other social media. Also I saw several get banned over duping.

Don't worry, if enough people report these guys, they will be investigated.

I dont see anything wrong with the way im going about this and yes I can't confirm for sure that it is in fact related to mist form, i stated that alrdy but many others have confirmed it, just cuz i was unable to : P doesnt mean thats not the problem.

And no they are not investigating because as I said two other players recorded these same players exploiting and over a month later they are still playing and exploiting. stop defending them : P YOur post makes me wonder what u do in the game. Generally players who dont cheat and use exploits me for example have no problems with a harsh punishment for those who do whether its a suspension or perma ban. Getting rid of the trash allows players who dont want to cheat to actually enjoy the game play.

First off, you are accusing someone with 0 proof. Grats, you made a video... that doesn't mean squat. You don't know whether they are legitimately hacking, using an exploit or are bugged. I don't take word of mouth as empirical evidence as you clearly do. That just doesn't cut it.

Actually I have not seen anyone confirm as verifiable fact that mistform is the culprit. IF it was the case you would simply redirect me to the "confirmed" information. Word of mouth is useless and this all you are offering. I would be sorely disappointed if a gaming company like ZOS danced and jumped through hoops everytime someone cried "foul" or "hacks."

I did not defend hacking, I simply pointing out you don't know what is going on, nor do you have any proof. Furthermore all the evidence you have other than a 1 minute clip is hearsay and easily dismissible. Lastly you don't know what ZOS has done or not done as they have not said anything.

I dealt with you fairly and respectful. You attacking my character and implying I might be a cheater is petty and childish.

If a player is exploiting something in PvP that wasn't intended they should get a warning from a GM, If they continue doing it, they should get a temp ban from Cyrodiil for 5-10 days. If they go back and continue doing it they should be banned until the campaign ends or all together.
