Rebuilt System Disk???

I had to rebuild my Windows system; ESO is physically located on another disk and is intact. Is there a way of NOT having to redownload ESO completely again? Thanks

Nevermind - after a bit a google-fu. found this thread and this comment

All I had to do is setup a link to the launcher on the desktop to my original disk and all was well; had to do a bit of setup once the game started. But no problems.

Congrats Zemimax for not having convoluted organization like some apps.
