Last time I checked any time you switch computers you will need a new code which comes via email. Unless that has changed. So it could have something to do with that.puddlejumper wrote: »All it does is leave your account name filled in, that's it. Not sure what you thought it does. There is no code or anything.

Greetings Adventurer!
Thank you for contacting us! I'm sorry to hear you having trouble with this issue, I understand how frustrating that must be.
We are aware that some of our players are having issues getting their access codes, and are currently working to resolve this issue. Currently the best workaround is to change the email address that is tied to your account.
While we do not endorse any specific e-mail provider, customers have reported successfully receiving our e-mails via providers such as Gmail.
To change your e-mail, we first need you to verify you are the account holder. Account verification can only be completed with a validation with two following data points:
Payment Method (One of the Following)
Last 4 digits of the credit card number
Paypal transaction ID
Complete Game Time code
Plus
The Answer to the Secret Question
Along with the above information please supply us with the new e-mail you wish to use. Once the e-mail has been changed, you should get the access code sent to the new email account.
Thank you for your continued interest and support!
