I have this quest "the wakening Fang" where you have to basically activate the four fangs. It is like a triangular black thing sticking out of the ground with mobs worshiping it. Anyway, Three of them went fine, there is that white sign over the item meaning that it is the quest item. On the fourth one, there is no white sign but there is a sign on the map and I am at the correct place.
However, I cannot do anything with it.

Meaning the quest is probably also broken.
