Major Lag since 1.4?

Since launch, I've had virtually zero issues with lag. The occasional frame rate drop when loading into a crowded town, sure, but that's normal to me. However, since this last patch? The combat lag/NON-responsiveness has been HORRIBLE!! I've never experienced this before and now I know why others have been so upset about this in the past. It really does make the game not playable.
For Example.. I press a key to heal, nothing happens.. I press it again.. nothing happens.. this goes on for several seconds.. then all heals go off in immediate succession and I have no magicka left. sigh.. or.. A group mate is standing right in front of me, I drop a heal on him.. then a second later, is completely across the room and my heal was wasted on nothing... yet my frame rate never dropped. I only seem to have these issues when in combat.. when were walking around the instance, everything seems fine.
I've done all the usual things to try to relieve the problem to no avail. IE: restarting router.. restarting computer.. restarting game (several times)... run repair on game (twice).. no addons running.. nothing has helped.
Is there a memory leak again or something??
Please take a look at this.. I know I'm not alone and at this point, the game truly IS unplayable.

At least you can login :( I have literally spent the last 10 hours failing to login (trying every 20 min or so). The worst thing for me is that I only bought the game last week, and was still trying to figure out how the game works. I was starting to really enjoy it..... but what is the point of a MMO if you cannot actually connect?? Right now, this seems like a complete and utter waste of money.... plenty of potential, but a waste of money nonetheless. So disappointed, I don't have the words to express it properly :(

I am having the same issues. I press keys and nothing happens then all of the sudden everything fires off. The game, for me anyway, is using more memory than before the patch. My alt in the AD is having major issues there with memory leaks just in one area, Elden Root. It will use a gig in less than a minute just standing still. My main seems to be using well over half a gig more than before so I am concerned memory leaks are back. :(

Same here, and this is an entirely new phenomenon (outside Cyrodiil) for me. Reset and power cycled modem, checked with ISP. The disjunct between HID input and in-game actions is up to a couple seconds, and seems at minimum a half second at all times. This is happening in Stormhaven, Glenumbra, Upper Craglorn, Greenshade, Reaper's March, delves and public dungeons.

OK, glad to know it's not just me. I was even testing my internet connection to make sure it wasn't an issue on my end.

Agreed that I've never had a problem with lag/latency at all since launch, until now. It has been unplayably laggy since the update. It's not just combat. nothing works well. Everything takes a good second to register -- npc interactions, bank and inventory transactions, everything.

No effect on frame-rate. My FPS is still smooth as silk.

This must not be affecting everyone, or there would be mass complaining all over the boards, since the game is basically unplayable for me.

I have had 0 issues before this update, now game stutters/hitches with my frames jumping all over the place, will be pegged at 60 normally, rarely dropped below 50 pre patch, now I am at 60 but its spiking downwards to the 40s all the way down to 25ish before hopping right back up to 60, whatever happened this is a big problem as I am now getting crashes (approx 1 an hour) where before there was nothing but smooth game play and no crashes unless I played for 12 hours or more. My system is fairly high end,

    CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9

    Geforce Titan Black

4 SSD Raid 0 set up

    Intel Core i7-4790K Haswell Quad-Core 4.0GHz LGA 1150 Desktop Processor BX80646I74790K

all drivers are updated, I have turned on and off each video setting to try to isolate the problem, nothing improves or makes it worse, also have repaired game and tried optimizing it through the NVIDIA experience, nothing has changed the performance which I hate to say is making my gaming experience pretty bad. I am in a progression guild and I really need this issue to be adressed asap as I am sure everyone else does as well. In the general forums there is a post with a hundred or so responses of people with this exact issue. Help me Help me !

not only combat lags. i was harvesting nodes in craglorn last night. every node took between 10 and 20 seconds. i restarted the game a couple of times which did not help. i eventually gave up.

Exactly the same situation I am in.

No real issues since launch. Now everything seems like it takes 1-2 seconds to register an go through. My FPS is fine and my memory is fine and so is my GFX card.

It's ESO that is screwing up.

Hmm, I've had this problem occasionally ever since Beta, but I have laggy satellite Internet. I haven't seen any difference after the patch, but then when you normally have 1-2sec. lag one wouldn't notice a couple hundred milliseconds difference. The thing is, you are talking about a sudden lack of response, and I had this happen last weekend as well, just as you described. So I have to say, it may not have anything to do with the patch IMO. FYI.
