Could use some help with finding the right enchantments

Hey,

So I'm currently playing Nightblade, my first character in this game. She's at lvl 32 at the moment and I just finished crafting her new gear (medium armor Dunmer style).

I'm a bit troubled about what enchantments I should use.

I mostly have assassin skills and two dual wielding skills and all of my attribute points invested in magicka and stamina.

Should I use glyphs to give me more health since I don't have any attr points in it? Or what would you suggest I do?

I would suggest checking your character sheet and seeing the numbers. From there buff what you think you need.

Also keep in mind that enchanting head, chest and legs gives you the full glyph value, while the other armor pieces are pro-rated (at 60%, I think??)

It is a bit of a balancing game that is a little hard to give advice without really knowing your play style. However if you are putting all attributes into magic/stam, some health enchants on armor likely a good idea. Also did you work on provisioning? Food can really help especially at 40+. Make/buy some food that buffs whichever stat/stats you feel weak in.

I would do health on head, legs and body for sure. Only way to kill things is to still be alive. Since you're using two stamina based weapons I'd recommend putting stamina on the rest. Then using health/magicka food to round out. Also what sets are you wearing? That can make a huge difference, even at your level.
If you can't make any sets yet, let me know @Grug is my name on the game. Should be on around 5pm est.

Most people dump all their stats into Health and then use Glyphs to add in Mana or Stamina as needed. This allows you to change from Stamina to Mana without respeccing. I have tried to mix it up, and each time I end up respeccing my characters into all Health.

Anyway, the Stamina Regen of Medium Armor is such that you don't need a huge pool of it (although some skills now scale from your Stamina level). Since a NB's primary attacks are Mana based, you will use them more often.

What I do on my NB (All Attributes in Health, all Glyphs to Magic) is split my skill bars. I put the Magic based attacks on one side, then the stamina ones on the other. I use one side of the bar until depleted, then use the other side of the bar. I would deplete the Stamina side if you have all the Medium Armor passives that affect Stamina Regen. Then by the time you deplete the Magic, the Stamina is replenished.

So, basically, one side of the bar is NB skills, the other side is the Dual Wield or Bow skills

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Don't have enough treats yet to make a full set so currently it's just standard gear made at the clothing station in cities.
And thanks for the offer. I'll see if I can find you :)

@Alnilam‌, think it's closer to 40% return on those. I believe you get full benefit on shields too, if you use them.

@yuffira, there is no hard and fast answer, and your answer will change as your gear and character does.

Priority normally will go to the two stats you use the most. If one is significantly lower than the other, place those (enchanted accordingly) on head, chest, legs, (and shield) until they are closer to being evenly matched.

After that, let your playstyle guide you.

If you find yourself dying too easily, add more health.

If you run out of stamina, add it instead.

You can mix and match the lowers (arms, feet, shoulder, belt) to make minor adjustments.

Don't forget about jewelry, either. You can enchant them to add regen to your most needed or lowest regen stat. That can make a big difference.

Enchants that "Lower the cost of" can be huge, too. If you can drop the cost of a frequently used skill by 10%, it's effectively almost the same as getting +10%
    to the stat it uses.

If the build doesn't quite feel right, you can always re-enchant differently and you can (and should) readjust as your numbers change.

    Best of luck.

You do. Shields are just like Chest, Leg and Head pieces in that you get the full value, plus any buffs from Infused.

Well OP, I'd do a little research. Play how you feel you should and see which stat you generally use more at the end of some fights (say the 3 mob fights). You can never go wrong with health though.

    Start with these:
    http://www.esoui.com/downloads/info141-SoftcapInfo.html

    http://www.esoui.com/downloads/info372-HarvensExtendedStats.html

Overcharged means you get reduced effects from additional points, not zero, and you might want a different armor/weapon/jewelry set. Adjust your potions and food/drink. Learn to manage resources during a fight.

Read other peoples builds in the other forum, the Combat and Skill Lines. You don't have to go PhD on it in one night, work on it a little bit at a time. Expect lots of changes in the game for the next 6 months or more.
