when I click play as eso opens it goes into not responding straight away - help
Its in the title as I click play it opens a not responding tab the actual client is fine but the game won't open it was fine before the 70mb patch today

@ZOS_MollyH Hiya I have no idea what that means but it is now working.. I had to turn off all my computer protection webroot mcafee etc

ZOS_MollyHmodHi @GaiusCastricius - Thanks for letting us know! Webroot can be a bit tricky and can conflict with our game, but to make sure you're not leaving your PC unprotected, we do advise adding in the exceptions for both ESO.exe and the ESO launcher to your antivirus and firewall suites. Since you know now that was what was preventing you from logging in, you can try it one-by-one to make sure you're protected and it's not keeping you out of Tamriel!The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios
