Solo PvE was supposed to be one of the "Play it your way" features. New content would be added every 4-6 weeks.

Wrong expectations on your side of the line. They never said, that there will be new content for every part of the game.
With 1.4 crafter recieved the first new racial style.
The imperial city, which is mainly for but not limited to PvP players, will come this year.
Chat bubbles, something wanted by many RP players, will come with 1.5
And as I allready mentioned, spell weaving is supposed to come this year and what else, if not PvE, is spell weaving?

I agree, but stop calling it spell weaving. That is a term from other games. In Elder Scrolls games, it has always been spell making.

Just saying.

Buys a MMO.
But doesnt even know that MMOs =/= Group only gameplay.

The ESO world could be described as 'massive' and clearly there are multiple players (multiplayer) in it .. the 'G' in MMORPG (you don't buy an 'MMO' that acronym has no noun in it,. you need the 'G' for that) doesn't stand for group though.
I'll get a lot of "LOL's" from angry solo players but it doesn't make the statement less true. You will be disappointed over and over again if you ever think there will be enough content to satisfy the solo play needs in an MMORPG game. Most of the player like the story lines (except when it's as ridiculous as Caldwell's silver & gold) but that's not why they play MMORPGs.

When ESO is even remotely close to "group only gameplay", this might be a valid statement.
As it stands, there is 1 zone for group play, 1 zone for PvP, and literally every other zone in the game is designed for solo play.
I'm curious as to what PVP content they have added. I can't think of any at all. Lots of delves have been expanded, so they have added more solo pve content, than PVP content.
The thing is, it sends a message to the player base. It says, "remember that MMO with a great continuing story we promised you? Well, never mind that. We'll let the PvE realm stagnate while we bring out new stuff for a small segment of the player base, because, you know what? That's the kind of gamer we want to attract to this game."
I think that there's a word in sales for this kind of technique. It's called "bait and switch."

Solo PvE was supposed to be one of the "Play it your way" features. New content would be added every 4-6 weeks. That has turned out not to be the case. Saddens me because it had been such a beautiful game. My sub is scheduled for another 6 month renewal in November. If I can ever get through to CS I will change that to month to month. I'll decide soon whether to keep up with that or to suspend until new PvE content scheduled for spring.
