It was an interesting show, and look forward to more of them, however in the portion of the show named "Hot topics" aimed at these forums the main topic that has had no input on these forums for 5 weeks and has had 5.6k views on here is the topic of AoE caps and the blobs currently lagging cyrodiil and crashing the server etc. I and my guildies asked several times in the stream and yet again it wasn't answered. I am beginning to get worried about the silence on this "hot topic". Any update???

in hoping the PFX slider may sort this ? Which is in update 4

Mucho grats on the 1st show, from working on livestreams I know how much work went into the prep for that.
Kudos to the guys working behind the scenes, I know they work far too hard for little to no thanks.
For a 1st show this was pretty impressive, nice use of tech and held together by you two girls who are obviously RL friends as you laugh naturally most of the way through.

One tip (dunno if it was just me) when you do the section header screens, perhaps put some music or sound effects up with it? was a little quiet and felt a bit odd, like it had froze or something.

Apart from that and the obvious one of 'more accidental slips of juicy gossip' great work guys and gals. Look forward to the next one. (*) (*) (*)

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom or @ZOS_GinaBruno‌ - a suggestion for when you do this again.

A few days prior to the live stream, make a thread on the general discussion subforum and sticky it titled "Q&A for Friday's livestream." and have users post up any questions they have about the game. Then you can gather up the questions, get the answers and then provide them on the livestream.

Limit it to one question per user, that way you can get a variety of things done.

Make sure to note which questions were answered and which ones were not. So we can keep a running list of things that are already answered and don't need to ask again unless the answer was vague. You can even make a sticky thread with all previous questions or someone from the community can make a thread and keep it in a single location.

I previously did this with Etaew on defiance where we'd trade off on doing transcripts for their livestreams or gathering Q&A from the community to give to the CMs. It worked out well when they actually answered the questions, which became increasingly rare as things went on, I don't want to see that happen here. Nor do I want to see questions being overlooked or ignored.
Is it better to out-monster the monster or to be quietly devoured?

If I can make a suggestion that it's probably way too late to make...

If you intend to interact with the audience, especially doing Q&As and the like, it'd probably be best if you used a different streaming service (Hitbox, for example). Twitch's native stream delay is pretty severe, and makes any sort of conversation with viewers a lot less responsive than is ideal.

good stream, had fun watching it.. nice job

but i would not have known about it without this thread ;)

Same, though I didn't get to watch since I was out.

Was there any mention of other features coming in for the UI? I'm glad to see chat bubbles, even though I personally wouldn't use them more options are always good. Particularly as I mentioned before, I'm curious about nameplates/guild tags (toggleable of course) since we're seeing chat bubbles (which are presumably also optional?). And honest question, but how would chat bubbles be intuitive with no names associated to them? As far as that goes, aside from the huge benefits of nameplates as an option, I almost would think they have to go in together. Both for pve and pvp organization, living world feeling + name recognition etc, and even role playing I would think, they'd be useful.

    @Zos_GinaBruno @zos_jessicafolsom , any thoughts? :)

I certainly hope nameplates are also coming soon. Paul Sage made the comment that they have "always planned to have nameplates" but are waiting until they get them just right. I think at Quakecon? Don't have a source.

That was a good while back during an "Elder Scrolls OTR" twitch stream and interview. They didn't confirm that they will be putting them in but rather said they were something they (paraphrasing) "would like to have but don't have an implementation that looks good yet". Considering chat bubbles are much larger and pervasive an option when enabled, I don't see why we can't have nameplates/guildtags in a similar style with a smaller font size perhaps or similar at this point then.

Totally agreed, why no comment from @ZOS people?

WTB nameplates!!! RP'ing with chat bubbles is pointless anyway without them, why even bother adding the chat boxes?

Also what about 3p camera options??? I need to not have my camera be off-center (make it optional obviously for people who like it how it is) and I need an FOV adjustment option. Any update on that yet? :)

    Found this on google:

Why not just shrink them some and let us use them?

Where's the dev responses on the official forums? We shouldn't have to go third party so they can data mine us to death just for followup with the people we pay for our entertainment.

I didn't watch the live stream because I was told it would be archived. As someone very interested in Zenimax increasing communication, I am very eager to see how this went.

I was busy and didn't watch, partially because I assumed it would be on twitch like most broadcasts are immediately. I understood them saying a youtube edit would be a few days, but I don't exactly get the reasoning for not letting people view the already-broadcast video where it was broadcast?

Any idea on when this is going to be available to see on YouTube? I'd read it would be a few days earlier in the thread. It's been a few days :expressionless:

I was working when this was originally broadcasted. And, if possible, would like to see what went on.

    Thank you.

Now that the beta's well and truly behind us, I'd love to know who "Worst Youtube" was, especially with seeing screenshots from that infamous vid popping up of late. Guy was pretty much the first ever vid we saw of ESO, and the fact that it's still doing the rounds shows that he'll probably never be forgotten.

Haha, cant argue there. The UI is in a prealpha state basically, I have seen prototype games with better designed interfaces :(.
