No, there is not something wrong with my billing address information or CC# or Security number. ***Nothing*** So now I can't subscribe (renew! yes I used this card for my subscription ****already****!!!!)!

DogFaceInBananaPatch✭✭✭✭Wow 20th time's a charm! I used the auto prefill for all billing information being I was already a subscriber and it took my CC info in Chrome with all extensions off and cache cleared and changed my http_refferer.
Let me guess you're running your whole account system on one Win2000 server box?0 -

People on the net don't bother me much so I too gave a friendly LOL tag myself, even though this my thread. ~laughs~
I have had this problem three times now since I owned an account with them (~10 months). I think there's legacy information from when I was in beta in this game back in November. I used Matt instead of Matthew when I signed up for Beta and now whenever I make a billing change/modification it uses Matt (which is NOT on my CC) and must type in my full first name. YET when I go to charge my card it's converted back to Matt.
Honestly I have no idea why it works eventually but it usually does around 10th to 30th time of trying.

What is going on with DO nowadays. By the way, i have been on hold for their TECH number for.... eggh...."looking at old school watch" 37 minutes. No one has answered? Looks liike ill be waiting for another 30min.
